Edwine Michel is an experienced leader with over 15 years of senior management experience in human resources, operations, project management, and strategic planning. Edwine is a Chief of Staff with one of the nation’s largest education fund and has held several leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. He has a proven track record of leading strategic change initiatives, implementing comprehensive workforce and DE&I plans, and driving organizational innovation and operational excellence. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has consulting and leadership experience in organizational transformation, and is skilled in applying design & systems thinking to solve complex problems and improve performance. He has a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center at Yale University, a Master of Business Administration from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
